Michael “Mike” Jones, 64, of Sanford, Florida, passed away on Tuesday June 2, 2015. Mike was born October 31, 1950 to his loving parents Robert and Muriel Jones in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mike is survived by his loving and devoted wife Sarah Jones, their children Philip (Kimberly) Dobbelmann-Jones, Jason (Jill) Jones, Randi (Josh) Jones-Pittman, his father Robert E. Jones, siblings Linda Jones, Tom Jones, Matthew Jones, his twelve wonderful grandchildren Ashley, Spencer, Faith, Collins, Austin, Blake, Hunter, Hannah, Michael, Megan, Joe III (Tres), Brianna, his his In-law's Mary, Emily & Rocky, and many nieces, nephews and not only family but special friends, Kimberly and good buddy Joey.
He was preceded in death by his mother Muriel E. Jones and his granddaughter Alexandra Jones.
Mike enjoyed life, was easy to talk with and never met a stranger. He belonged to the International Union UAW Local 788 and was a proud member. He loved coaching the Minnesota Vikings from his favorite chair. He liked sports cars, spending time with his family, and American Pickers and Top Gear were a couple of his favorite TV shows.
