Mann, Charles W. "Chuck" age 84, of Plymouth, MN, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2022. His struggle with pancreatic cancer was mercifully brief, and he shared his final moments with his immediate family. Born in Richlands, Virginia, Chuck always retained his Southern charm and his dedication to family. After graduating from the U of M, he embarked on a 26-year career as a distributive education teacher at Wayzata Sr. High. As a teacher, he equipped generations of students with practical tools for succeeding in business, and he served his community as an active member of the Wayzata Lions Club. In 1978 Chuck developed Minnehaven Square in Minnetonka, launching the commercial property management business he led for two decades. He always lived by his motto, "Do the best you can." His family will treasure their memories of Chuck as an extraordinarily generous man who devoted his life to their wellbeing. He relished his time tending to his home and its surrounding grounds, and he always loved to catch bass from his dock. Chuck took great pride in the life he worked so hard to achieve: a life spent doing what he wanted to do with the people he loved.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Janice, his two sons David and Bill, his grandsons Henry and Jasper, and his brother and sister Norman and Bessie of Winchester, VA.
